Senior Session | Tim

I've said it before, and I'll say it again--I absolutely LOVE senior sessions. I remember what it was like to be a senior, pretending for a day to be a model to appease the desires of mom and auntie and grandma-so-and-so. I remember how incredibly awkward it was to be in front of a camera, even with a good photographer behind it.

That being said, one of the most important aspects I desire to offer to my seniors (rather, all of my clients) is ease. I aim to be as transparent as I can be about my quirky personality, giving them (or YOU) permission to just be yourself. You're not expected to be anything other than you. My next goal, then, is to show you how awesome you are. With faces that you actually make, and a natural poise that--hey--is incredibly flattering to your personality.

Enough with my soapbox moment. :)

Business Portraits | Buckhead Brokerage Group

It was an honor to meet and work with the staff of Buckhead Brokerage Group. My first impression with the group was both professional and courteous.

I have to admit, I loved the opportunity to capture this style of portraiture. It's refreshing to come across a business with a polished yet creative business presentation, and I just knew that was something I could contribute to the BBG.

Shadow Session | Elise

Today it was my great pleasure to spend the afternoon with Ms. Elise Colquitt. Elise is in the Girl Scout Cadette program, and in order to complete the process for earning her "Dreams to Reality" patch, she had to shadow someone currently working in a field that she desires to be involved with in the future. I was {more than} honored to be chosen, and ecstatic when I received the request from her mother, Elizabeth.

Baby Session | Erin

Big brown eyes. Contagious smile. Perfect little cheeks. 

Baby Erin has got to be one of the cutest little ladies I have ever come across. When we started the session, she was asleep, and I was SO happy to be able to capture her little sleepy moment. When she woke up, she was bright eyed and so happy. The weather was perfect, and mommy had dressed her in the cutest little outfit. 

I was ecstatic the entire session, continuing to show mom "sneak peaks" of the images we were getting. Mom, naturally, was enamored by the pure cuteness of her baby girl, and we "oohed and ahhed" together over this little creation.

This is what my job is all about.

We also took some pictures of Erin's cousin, who was a hoot. I'll be posting those pictures sometime in the next week.

Bridal Session | Sam {Winans} Fruge

I have known Sam since the 7th grade.

Her {now husband}, Jacob, is one of my husband's very best friends.

Never the less, this was a special celebration for us. I cannot wait to post the teaser for their wedding!

Baby Session | Mayla Turns One

Mayla is one of the cutest babies ever. I love her little expressions, and she was one of my first baby sessions I ever did--crazy to think how far I have come in just one year!

I love the styling of these pictures--a HUGE thanks to Mommy Ariel and Granny! Perfect weather, adorable hipster styling, breathtakingly beautiful little baby. Couldn't ask for a better session!
