I am both grateful and delighted that my work has caught your eye. I offer nothing less than heartfelt dedication and creative excellence to all of my clients. Ultimately, my goal is to reveal to you how absolutely amazing you are--capturing organic emotion through a professional photography experience. I have dedicated my photographic career to studying the equally important subjects of creativity and technique. I believe--to my core--that people are beautiful, and that a piece of art should capture just that--the beauty inside of each of us.
Great photography starts with talent, but exceptional photography is talent that has flourished in passion. I consider myself one of the luckiest business women alive, because I love my job. I am thoroughly excited about each wedding I have the opportunity to capture, as each client presents a new opportunity to create a piece of art. I begin each of my wedding days freshly inspired--eager to capture a unique couple with a unique love.
I have been happily married to my best friend since May 23, 2009. I am so grateful to have the most incredible parents on this planet. I have an amazing brother and an amazing sister--both of whom I consider my closest friends. Jesus has my heart. My favorite passage of scripture is Psalm 139. I love coffee and can seriously spend ALL day in a coffee shop. I doodle everything and am a firm believer in cursive and hand-written letters. I often use an excess of exclamation marks and flowery adjectives. I love to read. I am transparent to a fault. I'm nearly 100% right-brained. I started singing before I ever began talking. I've attempted learning the guitar at least five times now (and wont give up!). There is really so much more to be said. I am continually learning, growing and pouring my heart out into my work. My motto could best be summed up in this Vincent van Gogh quote:
"I feel that there is nothing more truly artistic than to love people."
